Steuerung nichtlinearer Selbstlokalisierungsphänomene stark koppelnder Ladungsträger in Lithiumniobat-Tantalat-Mischkristallen
Der Schwerpunkt dieses Teilprojektes ist die Wechselwirkung von stark koppelnden Ladungsträgern mit (i) den strukturbezogenen, atomistischen Eigenschaften des Mischkristallsystems, (ii) den dielektrischen und strukturellen Eigenschaften ferroelektrischer Domänenwände und (iii) den Transporteigenschaften ionischer Diffusion bei erhöhten Temperaturen. Das Projekt zielt damit auf die Bearbeitung der Frage nach der Rolle von strukturellen, elektronischen und ionischen Eigenschaften bei Selbstlokalisierungsmechanismen in dielektrischen, oxidischen Festkörpermaterialien im Allgemeinen.
