As a result, long-lived transients are uncovered for LNT which exceed lifetimes of LN and LT by a factor of up to 100 over the entire range of investigated compositions. At the same time, the starting amplitude varies in the range of α<sub>li</sub><sup>0</sup> ≈ 10 − 100 m<sup>−1</sup> as a function of x and exceed the ones of LN and LT by a factor of up to ten. The results are interpreted in the model of three-dimensional small polaron hopping transport considering the simultaneous presence of three different types of small bound polarons, in particular of small electron Nb<sub> Li</sub><sup>4+</sup> and Ta<sub> Li</sub><sup>4+</sup> antisite polarons, and of small electron Ta<sub> V</sub><sup>4+</sup> interstitial polarons. Nutzungsrechte an den digitalen Forschungsdaten gegen sie erheben. </p> <p>Die Universität Osnabrück ist berechtigt, den Zugriff auf die Forschungsdaten zu sperren, soweit konkrete Anhaltspunkte für eine Verletzung von Rechten Dritter bestehen oder andere rechtliche Vorschriften dies erfordern. </p> <h4>Langzeitarchivierung und Transformation in andere Formate </h4> <p>Der Urheber/die Urheberin der Forschungsdaten räumt der Universität Osnabrück im Rahmen der Rechteeinräumung gemäß Ziffer 1 das Recht ein, seine/ihre bereitgestellten Forschungsdaten in einem Langzeitarchiv zu speichern und bei Bedarf (z.
