        <description descriptionType="Abstract">The ELF dataset (Earthquake-induced Link Failure scenarios) contains Probabilistic Shared Risk Link Groups (PSRLGs) for 30 public network topologies. For each topology, the dataset provides a set of possible link failure scenarios together with their annual probabilities of occurrence, derived from seismic hazard modelling. The dataset is intended to support research on traffic engineering, network resiliency, and robust routing under geographically correlated failures.</description>
